Dynamic 50-minute classes that build strength, discipline, and real confidence. Not just for the mat.

What They Train. What They Become.

Every class is 50 minutes of focused, structured work. Students build real physical skills — balance, coordination, strength — while the practice itself demands mental discipline that carries over into school and daily life.

Parents often say the changes they notice at home surprise them more than anything on the mat. The art does the teaching.

  • Traditional Shito-Ryu karate technique and form
  • Physical conditioning — strength, balance, coordination
  • Focus and self-regulation under pressure
  • Respect, discipline, and dojo etiquette
  • Japanese language and cultural context woven throughout

The First Step Is Foundations.

New students begin with the Foundations class — a structured introduction to Shito-Ryu karate designed to build the foundation every student carries for the rest of their training.

No prior experience required. No tryouts. Every student starts from the beginning and earns every step forward.

Not sure if your child is ready? The Foundations class is exactly where every journey starts.

Teens 13+

Your Class. Your Call.

For students 13 and up who are ready to push harder, there's a choice. Teens who've built their foundation can continue in the Youth & Teens class or step into the adult program when they're ready for higher intensity and a different training environment.

Sensei Kenji helps each student make the right call — not based on age alone, but on readiness, focus, and what will challenge them most.

Stay in Youth & Teens

Structured environment. Strong foundation. Train with peers. A focused program where skills are built systematically with students at a similar stage.

Join the Adult Class

Higher intensity. Train with adults. For teens who are ready for a different level of challenge and want to push past the youth program.
